Specializing in Advanced Ashiatsu (Barefoot Massage) and also providing excellence in the traditional Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. Continuing Education courses also achieved in Hot Stone, Prenatal, Thai, (an intro to) Esalen (not certified), Trigger Point Therapy and more. 

My motto is "Do No Harm" and I approach the body as a whole with a full circle intention to honor the mind, body and spirit of every client with reverence and humility. I have a passion to help restore awareness and connection to our body and self with care and patience. I enable each client to be my teacher in facilitating their own healing and I look to God for guidance.

I have several years of experience serving in the most premiere medical and luxury day spas here in Tuscaloosa as well as a few years working as an independent contractor with the University of Alabama's football team and the women's rowing team. Within the first thirteen years of my practice you may have known me as your therapist from Nancy Taylor Day Spa and/or Spa Belle La Vie.

 

I am a proud single mom to my special 15 year old daughter and she remains my inspiration to work hard and enjoy the present moment. My hobbies include cooking and DIY projects around the house.
